1. Information We Collect

We collect your email address and birth date (if provided for readings), usage activity, and payment information. Subscriptions are processed by the official in-app purchase system of the platform you use the app on (e.g. Apple via In-App Purchase on iOS) — we never see or store your card details, only a subscription status from the platform's billing provider (currently Apple / RevenueCat).

当社は、メールアドレス、生年月日（鑑定に使用する場合）、利用状況、および決済関連情報を収集します。サブスクリプションは、ご利用のプラットフォームの正式なアプリ内購入システム（現時点ではiOSのAppleのApp内課金）により処理されます。当社がカード情報を閲覧・保存することはなく、そのプラットフォームの決済プロバイダー（現時点ではApple／RevenueCat）から購読状況のみを取得します。

1b. Photos (Face / Palm Reading / Feng Shui)

For face reading and palmistry, your photo is analyzed by a third-party AI service but the original image is never uploaded to our servers — it stays only on your device, and we store just a hash and the text analysis. For the Feng Shui camera feature, a small thumbnail of the captured photo is stored alongside your consultation history so you can review it later.

面相與掌紋鑑定：您的照片會交由第三方 AI 服務分析，但原始圖片不會上傳到我們的伺服器——僅留存在您的裝置上，伺服器端只保存雜湊值與文字分析結果。風水拍照鑑定功能：則會保留一張縮圖與鑑定紀錄一起儲存，方便您日後查閱。

人相・手相鑑定：お写真は第三者のAIサービスにより分析されますが、元画像が当社のサーバーにアップロードされることはなく、お客様の端末にのみ保存され、サーバー側にはハッシュ値とテキスト分析結果のみを保存します。風水カメラ機能では、鑑定履歴と共に縮小画像（サムネイル）を保存し、後で確認できるようにしています。

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and improve the service, process subscriptions, and send transactional emails. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

您的資訊用於提供及改善服務、處理訂閱，以及發送交易性電子郵件。我們不會將您的個人資料出售給第三方。

お客様の情報は、サービスの提供・改善、サブスクリプションの処理、取引関連メールの送信に使用されます。第三者への個人情報の販売は行いません。

3. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (data storage), the app store billing provider of your platform for subscriptions (currently Apple In-App Purchase / RevenueCat on iOS), Google / Apple / LINE (sign-in), and AI model providers to operate the service. Each has their own privacy policy.

我們使用 Supabase（資料儲存）、您所使用平台的應用程式商店計費服務（目前為 iOS 上的 Apple App 內購買／RevenueCat，訂閱用）、Google／Apple／LINE（登入）及 AI 模型供應商來運營服務，各方均有其隱私政策。

当社はサービス運営のためSupabase（データ保存）、ご利用のプラットフォームのアプリストア決済サービス（現時点ではiOSのAppleのApp内課金／RevenueCat、サブスクリプション用）、Google／Apple／LINE（サインイン）、AIモデル提供事業者を利用しています。各社は独自のプライバシーポリシーを有しています。

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data and reading history are permanently removed.

您可隨時在帳號設定頁面刪除帳號。刪除後，您的個人資料與占卜紀錄將被永久移除。

アカウント設定ページからいつでもアカウントを削除できます。削除後、個人情報および鑑定履歴は完全に削除されます。
